The project was developed by Noriega Groupdesigned by the renowned Dominican architect Daniel Pons and built by Abreu Medina Engineers, where they merged great ideas and what today is a corporate building with more than 5,000 square meters distributed in 48 offices in four (4) levels of construction was born.

It has a structuring of space designed for accessibility and comfort for tenants and visitors, the building distributes the premises around air-conditioned corridors, and also stands out for its unique elements such as stone, wood, water and vegetation.

The different premises are connected at each level by corridors, and between levels by stairs and elevators; access to the building is through the entrance lobby, and as a safety measure there are emergency stairs.

As for the legal framework, the project is developed under the real estate trust law and the administration is validated by the Punta Cana Group.
