The project has a surface area of 656,943.60 m2, distributed in different districts that will be developed in certain phases that are part of our Master Plan. Currently it is a distinctive feature that presents a space for leisure and recreation, which strategically has been part of the economic development of the sector taking as its main aspect the growth of tourist and local visits, which have generated an exponential contribution to the quality of life of Punta Cana. DownTown Punta Cana has a privileged location, surrounded by shopping, services, daytime and nighttime entertainment. Among these are DownTown Mall, which provides basic services, the Sunix service station as a point of sale for fuel and lubricants for motor vehicles, Coco Bongo, an international discotheque with a Mexican franchise, the renowned Lorenzillo’s restaurant, awarded as one of the 10 best seafood restaurants in the world, and water parks for family entertainment and recreation, such as Dolphin Discovery y AquaPark. Our objective is to develop high scope projects in the area, so we propose a zoning structure that meets the needs of the visiting public and works with the architectural spaces as a complement to the already established structure. This space is called a housing district, which will host the development of hotels, residential and recreational areas, in compliance with urban regulations and the sectorial plan of Punta Cana, Bávaro and Macao, distributed in five lots that are part of our master plan.
